To the wonderment of obscurity, Carly created this series in a reductionist fashion, alleviating many of its didactic qualities in favour of examining and experiencing a more subtle and subjective expression of its essence. Capturing a variety of mundane objects, averaging colour and emphasizing texture within each frame, she creates curious representations which blur the line between micro and macro.
